Job Description:

• Live in Caregiver for Client in Hyde Park.
• Companionship, housekeeping, safety and supervision
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
• Must LOVE dogs! Some minimal pet care.
• $17.50 per hour based on 13 hour workday (227.50 per day!) plus overtime on day 4+ per workweek!

Job Requirements:

• Must be professional caregiver with excellent communication skills
• Must be reliable
• Have at least 5 years of paid caregiving experience and/or a CNA, PCA, LPN, or RN with professional references
• Experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, or ALS patients a plus
• Be age 18 or older
• Pass PHC’s skills & knowledge assessment through completion of training
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
